Every design is printed on demand because you deserve fresh, custom-made gear, not something that’s been sitting around like a forgotten footprint in the forest. Within 2–3 days of placing your order, we’re hard at work bringing your gear to life, and as soon as it’s ready, we ship it out that very same day from our HQ in Sandy, Utah. Boom—just like Bigfoot, we’re fast when it matters.
From there, we pass it off to our trusted trail partners at the US Postal Service, aiming to have your order in your hands within 7–10 business days.

Here’s the deal, Squatch fans: At Squatch Nation, we want you as happy as Bigfoot finding a hidden trail. If your gear isn’t quite the right fit for your legendary adventures, we accept returns and exchanges on items that are unworn, unwashed, and still in mint condition.
You’ve got 30 days from your purchase to send it back to the Squatch Cave. While we don’t offer refunds (Bigfoot doesn’t believe in looking backward), we’ll hook you up with a store credit so you can snag something that feels truly epic. You’re responsible for shipping it back to us, but no worries—we’ll include all the info you need with your order.
